Turkish Breakfast: Come and join us for a fun morning where we will learn how to prepare the classic dishes from Turkey which will inlcude Simit breads (the Turkish version of the bagel), Turkish eggs, Menemen, red pepper paste, and gozleme (delicious cheese and spinach pastries) We then sit down for lunch to enjoy the meal we have prepared. 
 
Max 6, Cost 45,000 KRW.
 
A donation of 15% will be made from each class to the BASS charity group 
 
Cancellation - if cancelled less than 48 hours before a class the full amount will be due. 
 
All equipment will be provided, please bring reusable containers to take home any leftovers. 
 
E&C Seoul Kitchen: Emma Duke is a BASS member who started E&C Seoul Kitchen with a fellow friend living in Seoul who also had a passion for cooking. Sadly, the other half of the team is now living in New York but Emma is continuing the cooking classes they started together.
 
Emma has lived in many countries around the world (including Turkey) and loves sharing her recipes with people in her cooking classes. She also bakes, prepare preserves & chutneys and create homemade chocolates to order.
