Come and join us for a fun morning learning to make shortcrust and rough puff pastry techniques with Emma from E&C Seoul Kitchen.  We will spend the morning learning to cook pastry with Emma and then at the end we will sit down for lunch to enjoy the meal we have prepared using the pastry we have made.

About E&C Seoul Kitchen:  Emma is British & Camila is Brazilian and are two friends who met in Seoul, have lived in many countries around the world and both have a passion for cooking.  They love sharing their recipes with people in their cooking classes. They also bake (hotcross buns & mince pies amongst other things), prepare preserves & chutneys and create homemade chocolates to order.
