Join us for an insightful and powerful discussion in honor of International Women’s Day 2025.
We are privileged to welcome Ms. Alison Miriam Davidian, Special Representative to UN Women Afghanistan Country Office, who will share her expert analysis on the current situation and experiences of Afghan women and girls and the critical work being done to assist and empower them amidst extraordinary challenges.
Ms. Alison Miriam Davidian, Special Representative for the UN Women Afghanistan Country Office, is visiting Seoul to speak at the International Women’s Day 2025 commemoration event organized by the UN Women Knowledge and Partnerships Centre in the Republic of Korea on March 12. Her engagement at the March 11 event is part of her broader visit. This special talk has been made possible through the efforts of the Centre.
This special event is a collaboration between The Gallery, SIWA, AWC, and BASS recognizing the urgency of supporting women in Afghanistan.
